Specials for summer...

From chilled crumbles to raspberry blondies, the biggest ice cream sandwich to a mini rose cake, these desserts are perfect for summer.

Raspberry white chocolate blondie: Crumbs & Doilies

Brown butter blondie with white chocolate chips, generous chunks of caramelised white chocolate, tiny freeze-dried raspberries and blobs of juicy, sweet, raspberry goo. It’s super fudgy all the way through.

1 Kingly Ct, Carnaby St, London W1B 5PW

Banana pineapple & passionfruit cake: Ruby’s of London

Banana cake with vanilla icing, passionfruit curd – sweet, slightly sour – plus a sprinkling of coconut flakes and freeze-dried pineapple on top, it’s fluffy and perfectly moist. Still can’t believe this is vegan!

11 Durnford St, London SE10 9BF

Iced peaches crumble: Humble Crumble

A chilled crumble consisting of maple-infused iced peaches – cold yet comforting, full of warming cinnamon – a chunky shortbread crumble and a swirl of perfectly sweet, pure vanilla frozen custard to finish. The frozen custard is also available by the tub, or you can get endless refills for your crumble.

Old Spitalfields Market, 12 Horner Square, London E1 6EW

Banana jam ice cream sandwich: Bears Ice Cream Company

Huge chocolate chip cookies with a layer of banana jam – sweet, so banana-y, so moreish – Jersey milk ice cream, fudgy brownie chunks, little pieces of honeycomb and a dark chocolate dip. This is only available at Bears’ summer pop-up at Riverside Studios.

101 Queen Caroline Street, London, W6 9BN

Persian Love Cake: Breid

Almond and cardamom sponge with a sticky, citrusy, rosewater glaze, thinly sliced plums and a sprinkling of rose petals on top. It’s slightly untraditional without pistachio, but noticeably floral and with the same perfect, dense-moist texture of the classic.

Arch 72 Dunbridge St, London E2 6JG
